We then met him at the Ayr factory in Indiana and were able to see the wood stains, hardware, and stone countertops that we could choose from. After building our furniture in the time they estimated, they did a fantastic job delivering it and setting it up. We live in a high-rise in downtown Chicago that can be a little tough to negotiate, but the two men from Ayr were great. A couple of very minor issues were resolved quickly and with no hassle.
